He knows that changing laws without changing hearts is nothing but a flesh and blood wrestling match. (Eph 6:12) Oh! The founders of this once great nation knew all of this!Charliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17511855503822140735noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8498186630267118451.post-85139553194000915092011-03-30T19:54:49.814-07:002011-03-30T19:54:49.814-07:00Good stuff girl!!! When I read the sentence you wrote "I'm finding that more times than not, my prayers are thoughts instead of intentional conversations between me and my Heavenly Father" I thought that is so ME!!! I have thought about this in recent days but couldn't really put into words what I was thinking or feeling...You hit the nail on the head...I am so guilty of letting my prayer life turn into just thoughts and writing them down....putting them in my journal...and marking it "Prayed about". Thanks for sharing this...you have given me something to think about...and even more to "really" talk to God about. Love ya girl!!! Stay strong and keep on doing what you are doing!!! Next step: Prayer, then going to buy the book!
